Bible Reading:            John 1:4.

Memory verse: Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. Proverbs 4:7(NKJV)

In life:

  • You have to take charge – place a demand on what you want (Mat 7:7).
  • You have to stop blaming who you are on those who have hurt you.
  • You have to stop being a victim of your circumstances.
  • You have to stop throwing a pity party and inviting everyone to it.
  • You will do well to quickly forget your past hurts and failures. Press into your glorious future (Philippians 3:13).

IN Life:

  • You will need to continually make choices. Make the right choices (Joshua 24:15).
  • The greatest choice you can make is to serve God and obey His commandment (Eccl.12:12)
  • You choose the battles to fight and those to avoid.
  • Sacrifice today for the glory of your tomorrow – delay your gratification(Heb. 12:1-2).
  • You have to confront every obstacle with faith and boldness (Heb 11:6).
  • Beat the best and become the best (Deut.28:13).

Action word:  Pay The Price Of Today For The Prize Of Tomorrrow.

Prayer points:

  1.  I receive the wisdom of God needed to maximize my destiny, in the name of Jesus.
  2. Holy Spirit, help me to delay my gratification for a better tomorrow, in the name of Jesus.
