Bible Reading: Proverbs 3:23-24, Psalm 23:4

Memory Verse: The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe. Proverbs 18:10 (NKJV)

Shall we continue with other security tips that we may not ignorantly fall prey to the enemy.

  1. Double check that all doors and electrical gadgets are switched off before leaving your house or going to sleep.
  2. Be careful of beggars, waste collectors, etc, who hang around your environment. While some are informants, others are thieves or armed robbers.
  3. If any government official ever comes to your house, demand for his/her ID card. If in doubt despite the ID card, call on your neighbours or any relevant government agency.
  4. It is important you have a phone. Make sure you store the emergency numbers of the police and fire service there. You may need it someday.
  5. Make sure you do not enter your school bus with a driver you are not   familiar with.
  6. Report back to your house before night fall. Also, avoid night journey as much as possible.

Nevertheless, the horses could be prepared for the day of battle, but safety belongs to God (Prov. 21:31). As we walk in wisdom, we must know that God is our surest keeper, refuge, defense, and fortress.

Quote: Our trust in God shouldn’t be an excuse for laxity on our part.

Prophetic Decree: May you not enter the snare of the devil, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

  1. Evil altars of my father’s house crying for vengeance, be silenced by the Blood of Jesus.
  2. My Blood and that of my loved ones shall not be used as a sacrifice in the remaining part of this year, in the name of Jesus.
  3. Antagonistic powers from the cauldron, leave my life alone by fire, in Jesus name.
  4. Every demonic aggression to wipe out my life before the emergence of my glory, scatter, in Jesus name.
  5. Powers of kidnappers, killers, armed robbers and ritualists shall not prevail over my life, in Jesus name.
