Bible Reading: Gal. 6 :9, Luke 6:38

Memory Verse: And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you 2 Corinthians 12:15a

Your harvest ought to come in ways that are supernatural. For example, the Bible says
Isaac sowed during the time of famine – a time when it was naturally impossible for
harvest – yet he received in the same year a hundred fold (Gen. 26:12-13).
The best time to give is NOW. The best time to give is in the days of your youth. You
have got the strength and the vigour to spend and be spent for the Lord in quality service
and worship. I am yet to see anyone who gave his life to the Lord in quality service and
did not become a force to be reckoned with on earth. The precious perfume the woman
with the alabaster box poured extravagantly on Jesus’ head wrote her name in the Holy
Books. That was the only thing written about her till date. Jesus said, “Verily I say unto
you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this,
that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her” (Matthew 26:13). What are
the precious things you are giving to Jesus?
What should you give to the glory of God and for the benefit of mankind: Your time,
intellect, talent, skill, selfless service, worship, praise, a smile, food, water,
encouragement, money, gifts, etc. Giving is not limited only to money. You can give both
material and immaterial things. Give sacrificially.
We can determine and make our harvest happen when we want it. This is because we
function in the name of Jesus. Nonetheless, there is also a need of patience (Hebrews
10:36), for he that believes does not make haste (Isaiah 28:16).
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Numbers 21 – 22
Quote: Give freely and become wealthier; be stingy and lose everything – Bible
Prophetic Decree: The Prophetic blessings of God shall abound in the works of your
hands in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus:
Dear Father, I adore you for the opportunities to sow and be a blessing through giving,
and for the privilege to call forth my harvest. My seeds and labour of love are sanctified
by your Spirit to produce a multiplied harvest of blessings for me in my education,
finances, family, future and all areas of life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
