Bible Reading: Psalm 121: 1-8, Luke 2:52

Memory VerseJesus became wise, and he grew strong. God was pleased with him and so were the people. Luke 2:52 (CEV)

Every great life is built with the input of other great lives. Please get it straight: You are not complete all by yourself. If you want to build a destiny as high as a skyscraper, you will need many professionals to join you in your quest. God will always send people into your life to correct, inspire, mentor and finance you. Sometimes, some of this people may not look like it.

There are six channels you must draw from if you want to achieve your destiny optimally and maximally. These include:

A. Spiritual helping hands (Ezra 5:2): David surrounded himself with many prophets and priest such as Prophet Samuel, Nathan, etc, in order to win the many battles of life. Learn wisdom. Never joke with the spiritual side of your life despite your expertise.

B. Mentors and life coaches: A mentor is someone who inspires you. He is someone who sees your potential and then helps you develop it. A mentor corrects, inspires, advices and pushes you beyond your limit. A mentor is that person who has already achieved what you are aspiring to be. You will need such people.

C. Colleagues and competitors: Never walk alone. Animals who stay together keep warm especially during winter. Cultivate good team spirit. Furthermore, you will learn more from your competitors and rivals if you will keep your mind open and stay objective. Your competitors are there to provoke your hidden potentials.

D. Influencers and investors (Mat. 25:14): These are people who contribute their ideas and finance into your destiny projects. You will always need such people.

E. Random Flow Of Grace: These are people who appear suddenly in your destiny journey to drop an advice or insight. You will need to be sensitive to recognize their divine contributions. For example, Jethro a non-Jew adviced Moses, and delivered him from unnecessary burdens. Similarly, a man can make a joke in the public and it becomes a direction for you. God works in strange ways. Be sensitive.

F. Diligent Personal Efforts: This is perhaps the most needful. If you’re not ready to invest in yourself, then you’re not ready to go far in life. Why then should God invest in you? You’ve been sick for 5 years, what book have you read on healing? Are you broke or about to marry? What book have you read on kingdom prosperity or about marriage?

QuoteIf no one can offer his opinion or correct you, perhaps you need to deal with pride.

Prophetic Decree: May the Lord add flavour to your favour, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. The God of divine connections, we celebrate you.

2. I receive the ministry of spiritual helping hands today, in Jesus name.

3. My life will not lack mentors and influencers, in Jesus name.

4. My life, magnetize destiny financial helpers, in the name of Jesus.

5. I bind and cast out the spirit of laziness and laxity, in Jesus name.BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:  Matthew 24
