THE POWER OF WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

THE POWER OF WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

Bible Reading:  Proverbs 24: 3-7

Memory VerseWisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, And the strength of salvation; The fear of the LORD is His treasure. Isaiah 33:6 (NKJV)

Yesterday, we looked at the subject of nation building with particular emphasis on the country of Zambia. Amazingly, a similar experience is playing out in the lives of many Christians. You can be full of the Holy Ghost, tongue speaking, working hard for the Lord in His vineyard, and yet, full of ignorance about how a system works; full of ignorance about how governance works; full of ignorance about how marriage works, or on how business works.

Friends, it is sad but true. Many Christians are living far below the plans of God for their lives while many unbelievers are simply practicing established principles that God has built in the operations of planet earth, and  are making a headway with their lives. Wisdom is the principal thing. Wisdom tells you to be wary to selling your landed property even when you are under financial stress. Loan it out instead or use it as a collateral. Landed properties will definitely appreciate over time.

Dear Christian, when last did you go for a leadership or entrepreneur seminar? Who is your mentor? Knowledge is power. Late Dr. Myles Muroe discovered that what makes marriage work is the understanding you possess about your spouse and not necessarily love. It is such understanding that will eventually fan the flame of love aglow in your marriage. This is powerful. May wisdom and knowledge be the stability of your days on earth, in Jesus name.

1 COR. 9:11(NIV) SAYS, “IF WE HAVE SOWN SPIRITUAL SEED AMONG YOU, IS IT TOO MUCH IF WE REAP A MATERIAL HARVEST FROM YOU?”.
