Bible Reading: Psalm 35: 1-28

Memory Verse: Bring shame and disgrace on those trying to kill me; turn them back and humiliate those who want to harm me. Psalms 35:4 (NLT)

Robert H. Schuller said, “Tough times never last, but tough people do.” Here are other things to be done to overturn the activities of the enemies when the battle of life is tough: 5. Prayer of agreement: Matthew 18:19 (CSB), “Again, truly I tell you, if two of you on earth agree about any matter that you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.” Also in Acts 4:23, the Apostles went back to their company to recharge their faith. Who are your support systems? Who are your prayer partners? Be Spirit led in your choice.

  • Provoke the covenant of marriage: This is especially good for couples who are legally married. Join hands together holding your marriage Bible and break the stronghold of that enemy laying siege against you. It works! (Matthew 18:19, Deut. 32:30).
  • Revive your family altar:  Members of families must learn to join hands together in unity and  make prophetic decrees. Psalm 68:6 (NLT) says, “God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy. But he makes the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.”
  • Double your Kingdom service: This generation is yet to fully understand the deep mystery behind using one’s talents, strength, and gifts for the Lord. God told Moses to tell Pharaoh to let His people go that they might serve Him. The purpose of their freedom was tied to service. Now, imagine a person who keeps serving the Lord despite the battles surrounding him? Those enemies are in trouble!
  • Stand on the Word of God: Keep confessing relevant scriptures until the Lord of host arise and win your battles for you. Word confession equally strengthens your own faith too. Confessions are made unto salvation (Romans 10:10).
  • Ensure complete deliverance: Don’t cut off the branches of the problems, aim for the root. The Amalekites King Saul did not completely wipe off later rose up in the form of Haman against the Jews in the days of Mordecai.

10. Be full of faith and persistence: Keep praying, sowing, and confessing the Word until something happens. Read Proverbs 23:18.

Quote: A closed mouth is a closed destiny.

Prophetic Decree:  The Egyptians you see today, you shall see them no more, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

2. Let the prayer of the Psalmist according to Psalm 35, be the portion of my enemies, in Jesus name.
