Bible Reading: Philippians 4: 6-7

Memory Verse: Turn your burdens over to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will never let the righteous person stumble. Psalms 55:22 (GWT)

Sometimes life could be so overbearing. All around you there seems to be many battles. The pressure is telling on your health. Perhaps you are yet to totally recover from the impact of the COVID. Perhaps you’re still struggling financially. Perhaps you haven’t been able to take your children to the type of school you desire. Perhaps accommodation is your present challenge. Perhaps you’re suffering from a terminal disease. Perhaps the load meant for two persons is gradually becoming only yours. Perhaps your children are thorns in your neck.

Perhaps you’re already suffering from depression. Perhaps you can’t fully understand why God haven’t answered your earnest prayers despite your seed sowing, and kingdom works. Brethren, lay it at His feet. Put your mind at rest. Why should you lose your sleep over a matter when you’re serving a God who does not sleep nor slumber. Please hear me, beloved: Let God carry you. This is the best therapy when you have come to the end of yourself.

A dear father in the Lord said, “When I lost my son last year (2021), then I was deeply in sorrow, I got a text (message) from one of my (spiritual) daughters that suddenly turned the tide. What she wrote was simply this: Daddy, let God carry you. Let God carry you in His arms. Mark 10:16 (NIV) says, “And He took them in His arms and began blessing them, laying His hands on them.” Are you tired of your childlessness?  Let God carry you. Are you tired of your worries? Let God carry you. Are you tired of shame? Let God carry you. Are you tired of inability to gain admission to the university? Let God carry you. Are you tired of being tired? Then, let God carry you.

Only a “Stronger than He” can carry another person of lesser weight. However, until you raise your hands in recognition of His mighty strength and eternal power, He just can’t carry you. Will you surrender to Him today?

Quote:  Only when you’re tired of being tired can you surrender at His everlasting arms.

Prophetic Decree: Receive strength for your weary soul, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Thank you Father because in your everlasting arms are pleasures forevermore.

2. I break out from every satanic siege around my life, in Jesus name.

3. I am tired of trying with my own strength and wisdom, O Lord, I relinquish total control unto you, in Jesus name.

4. Every satanic odour blowing around my life, clear away by fire, in Jesus name.

5. Heavenly perfume blow within and around my life, in Jesus name.

6. It is a new day for me. My problems are over. My burdens are lifted. I am a free nation, in Jesus name.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: John 7-8
