Bible Reading: Luke 2: 26-31

Memory Verse“And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” Luke 2:52 (NIV)

You will keep wallowing in debt if you don’t understand this divine allocation that brings sweatless victory. Yes, you can position yourself for favour by your diligence, uprightness, integrity, just to mention but a few. However, in the school of the Almighty, there are various depth and dimensions of favour. Ask Mary, the mother of Jesus. Was she the only virgin in Israel? The HIGH FAVOUR of God located her. What education, money, and integrity may not give you, may the high favour of God put effortlessly in your hands, in Jesus name.

When high favour hits a man, a gateman may become the Manager of the same company in less than 24 hours. A supervisor could become the General manager in seconds. A pauper could become a mega billionaire in dollars in a matter of days! Ask Joseph. Until the favour of God located him in the prison, even the butler whom he helped forgot him. Brethren, people won’t just help you because they are your friends. The best they can give you is a dash. How long will you continue to eat crumbs? They will help you in a big way only because they are compelled by the Oil of favour. May that Oil of high favour soak you today till you are drenched, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

I hope you know that there is one man God can send your way that will bless you in a way thirty people may never do. That can only be provoked by the high favour of God. “Just enough” is not good enough. Connect to the socket of high favour today. Do your best in your office, school work, marriage, career and profession, but never forget or neglect the supernatural Oil of favour that singles one out for uncommon blessings.

How do you connect to the Oil of favour?

1. Be born again Proverbs 8:35 (NIV), “For he who finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord.”

2. God’s mercies brings favour: Genesis 39:21 (NKJV) says, “But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.”

3. Humility: Proverbs 3:34 (NIV) says, “He mocks proud mockers but shows favor to the humble and oppressed.”

4. Obedience to God’s commands: Proverbs 3:1-4 says, “My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your hear…then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.

Finally, what can you observe in our Memory Verse of today? Even though Jesus Christ is the son of God, He needed the favour of God and the favour of man INCREASINGLY before he could fulfill His earthly ministry. How much more you?

Quote: Until you are favoured, your life cannot be flavoured.

Prophetic Decree: Henceforth, you shall be a favour magnet, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Today, I surrender my life absolutely to Jesus.

2. I connect my life to the socket of high favour, in Jesus name.

3. Grace for ease of accomplishment of great and mighty things, come upon my life, in Jesus name.

4. Authority of ease, overshadow my life, in Jesus name.

5. O Lord, make my life a demonstration of your favour, in Jesus name.
