TRAINING BEFORE MANIFESTATION

TRAINING BEFORE MANIFESTATION

Bible Reading: 1 Peter 5:6, Isaiah 55:9; 28:10

Memory VerseTherefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. 1 Peter 5:6 (NKJV)

Yesterday’s devotional typifies the problem of people who have a big dream but are too proud to start small. Usually, the ingredients for your preparation into the palace of glory may not look like your desired dreams. God usually works in strange ways. Humble yourself, even as you trust God with the process. “I know, LORD, that our lives are not our own. We are not able to plan our own course.” Jeremiah 10:23 (NLT). Perhaps God has called you to be a king like David, you may be surprised He will start your training in the wilderness with animals. That doesn’t look congruent, right? God is working the heart of a shepherd in you. If you can’t lead a flock of sheep successfully, perhaps you may not be qualified to lead a group of human. It is the same spirit. You just trust the process. Trust God’s leading.

Take a look at this: Had David despised the talent of singing and playing of musical instrument, how could he ever have appeared before King Saul? The problems King Saul later brought on David was designed by God to ultimately prepare David for the many battles he will face even as king over Israel. Don’t forget that David’s mighty men – a bunch of people who were once distressed, discontented, and were debtors – were mobilized in the season king Saul troubled David’s destiny. Some of your hard core enemies are tools in the hand of God for the preparation for your glorious destiny.

David fought 66 battles in his lifetime and lost none. This is primarily because he was prepared before being crowned as king. Don’t arrive too early or too late into your destiny. Those who endure the various rigorous trainings God brings their way in their season of preparation are most likely going to perform more effectively and efficiently than those who jump processes. In this season of manifestation, please don’t despise your training. Follow dutifully God’s pathway for your life even though you may not understand. You can only manifest to the degree of your training.

Quote: The glory of your destiny is determined by the depth of your training.

Prophetic Decree: May you not despise the process of your becoming, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. I reject the spirit of pride that despises training, in Jesus name.

2. I receive grace to follow God in season and out of season, in Jesus name.

3. Holy Spirit, please help me to develop capacity for the glory ahead, in Jesus name.

4. I will not miss victuals needed for my glorification, in Jesus name.

5. My life, renounce and reject opportunity wasters, in Jesus mighty name.
