Stop promising me the mantle of Apostle Babalola when I am meant to carry the mantle of Thomas Edisson. Leonard Ravenhill, the author of “Why Revival Tarries” had writing mantle and God used his writings to stir people’s heart towards himself. James Ngugi the author of Weep Not Child also has the mantle of writing and God used his book to fight white supremacy in Kenya and Africa as a whole. Mary Slessor might not have healed people of chronic diseases like Kathryn Kulman did but Kathryn Kulman could also not have stopped the killing of twins like Mary Slessor did.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT DETERMINES YOUR MANTLE. But alas, my generation is busy praying and fasting for mantles they will never carry till they die. Oh Lord, interrupt us from this pointless pursuit. Mantles of science and technology are waiting for who will make demands for it, but we are all crying for mantles of men like Apostle Babalola that lived almost all his life on the mountain. Are we still going to be on our knees praying for the mantle of Kenneth Haggin while God is looking for who He will make another version of Mark Zukerberg? Where are the youths that will cry to God to carry the political mantles of Obafemi Awolowo, Kenneth Kaunda of Zambia, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, Julius Nyereye of Tanzania, Jomo Kenyatta of Kenya, and Zik of Africa?

Prayer Focus
1. Thank you Father for shedding your light of understanding into my spirit.

4. I receive grace to know my place in God and to stay there, in Jesus name.
5. I receive grace for divine direction and destiny contentment, in Jesus name.
