4. Engage in Meaningful Prayer: Pray the Word, find comfort in surrendering to God’s will, and invite others to pray with you (connect to men and women of higher grace).

5. Seek Rest and Refreshment: Recognize the importance of rest, both physically and spiritually, and take time for quiet reflection and solitude.

6. Nurture Your Spiritual Life: Though it could be hard initially, continue with regular Bible reading, prayer, and worship, as these practices are vital for spiritual renewal. If possible, go for a retreat.

3. Take Time for Self-Care: Schedule activities that bring you joy and allow you to relax and recharge, such as spending time in nature, taking a bath, or engaging in hobbies/sports.

4. Seek Counselling or Support: If you’re struggling with prolonged exhaustion or burnout, don’t hesitate to reach out to a Christian counsellor, pastor, or seek support from your church community.
