Bible ReadingProverbs 28:13, 26:11

Memory Verse:  You can’t whitewash your sins and get by with it; you find mercy by admitting and leaving themProverbs 28:13 (MSG)

…Continued from yesterday

7. Known sin:  There are three people you cannot deceive – God, Satan, and yourself. He that covers his sin shall not prosper. Proverbs 28:13 (GNT), “You will never succeed in life if you try to hide your sins. Confess them and give them up; then God will show mercy to you.” If you need to restitute for your past misbehaviour or misadventures for the Oil of mercy to flow into your life, you better do! Else, your cycle of problem may continue.

8. Hidden curses and hidden covenant: Sometimes you need deep intercession to unravel some deep mysteries surrounding a situation. A curse is a word spoken under an evil anointing. A covenant is an agreement sealed with blood. An individual, family, a particular department in your life (e.g. career or fruit of the womb), an establishment, city, community, tribe, nation, or continent could be under a curse, siege, or covenant. Until such curses are exposed and broken, the problems persist (Exodus 20:5-6 and Deuteronomy 5:9-10).

9. Failure to Learn from Past Experiences: The Bible often uses repetition

to reinforce important lessons, and repeating problems can indicate a failure to learn from past mistakes or, a failure to apply the lessons learned. Atimes, the problems of life persist until its lessons are learnt. Life is a teacher. Proverbs 26:11 (CEV), “Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness.”

10. Disobedience: Disobeying God’s commands or principles can lead to negative consequences and repeated problems. There are very many curses to deal with when you fail to obey God’s commands (Deuteronomy 28:15-68).  1 Peter 2:8 (CEV), “They disobeyed the message and stumbled and fell over this stone, because they were doomed.”

Quote:  There is no curse without a cause.

Prophetic Decree: Today, the good Lord shall reveal the mystery behind your problems unto you, in Jesus name.
