Bible Reading: Hebrews 12:15, Proverbs 4:23

Memory Verse: So I strive always to keep my conscience clear before God and man.  Acts 24:16 (NIV)

You see, as a Christian, you must daily examine yourself. Don’t take it for granted, your heart could be deceitful and terribly wicked. Hence, you must guard your heart with all diligence. A man was dating a particular sister before he got born again. One thing led to another, they couldn’t get married, so, they parted ways. Later on, God provided a prayerful sister for this man who is now in faith, and he married her. The former sister got to know of the relationship and decided to go diabolical. All the evil arrows fired at this new couple kept backfiring because of the prayers of this prayerful wife.

Later on, after 15 years, you will think the “ex” would have desisted from her evil act and moved on. No, she didn’t. She got to know that the prayerful sister was seven months pregnant. Hear me beloved: Any man or woman doing a spiritual research over your life and family shall die prematurely if they don’t repent, in Jesus name. Who was feeding her with information even after 15 years? There was a spiritual and physical evil network system she had successfully built over this couple. At 7 months pregnant, she knew the sister may not be too fervent spiritually so, she decided to give her husband a call. The careless husband foolishly invited her over to his house. Friend, I know you are a Christian but, be careful. Not everyone is thinking good towards you. Be careful of meeting your ex alone. This sister came over. Our spiritually lethargic brother offered her some of his wedding album, and she successfully sneaked one into her bag for evil consultation. After 15 years! For 15 years she harbored bitterness and unforgiveness looking for the ample time to revenge. The mercy of God exposed her, and she came back to confess to this innocent couple.

Now to you! I want you to carefully search your heart if there is anything or anyone in your past that you are holding bitterly unto. That is a door way for satanic entry into your life. Flee from bitterness, unforgiveness, and other works of the flesh (Gal. 5:19-21).

Quote: The root of bitterness will one day produce the fruit of vengeance.

Prophetic Decree: Receive power for a clear conscience, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Thank you Father for giving me power over my past, in Jesus name.

2. Blood of Jesus, cleanse me from every root of bitterness in my heart, in Jesus name.

3. O Lord, circumcise my heart, in Jesus name.

4. My past shall not hinder my future, in Jesus name.

5. I receive divine grace to let go of the bitterness of my past, in Jesus name.

Many pay attention to what is happening rather than what is going on. One of the greatest challenges in life and destiny is the temptation to focus only on what is happening i.e. the immediate, visible, noisy events around us while failing to discern what is really going on...
