Bible Reading: Isaiah 54:17
Memory Verse: No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their vindication from me, declares the LORD. Isaiah 54:17 (ESV)
As you go deeper in the Lord, you will discover that the devil is not as powerful as you think. It is still the same old devil trying to reinvent the old tricks he used yesterday. Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” Have you thought of the word ‘formed’ in the aforementioned verse? It seems to me that there is a department in the cantonment of the devil that specialises in crafting (forming) destructive weapons customised for each and every individual on the surface of the earth.
The devil does not do anything without a purpose. You can describe the devil with any adjective but he’s surely not a fool. Now, how do you predict the weapon the devil will likely use on you? Take a very detailed look at your family and study your family patterns. There is something known as collective captivity and evil family pattern. By patterns we mean repetitive actions or behaviours. Such patterns include marital problems in different shades (such as late marriage, marital abuse, barrenness, etc.), poverty, sickness, early death, talkativeness, pride, rise-and-fall syndrome, near success syndrome, anger, etc.
A wise person will quickly take a good inventory of such patterns very early in his life and start working against it decisively, first spiritually and of course, physically. Take for example anger. After you’ve received your deliverance from the family spirit of anger, you must ensure you choose to remain quiet anytime you are annoyed. Starve that spirit that wants to rear its ugly head again. “No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and ‘you shall refute‘… Isaiah 54:17 (ESV). Also read Matthew 12: 43-44. After you’ve received your deliverance from the foundational spirit of poverty, you must receive and work on your project of prosperity.
God can only bless the work of your hands. After you’ve dislodged the power behind near success syndrome in your family, sow a prophetic seed to seal your deliverance. There is always a physical addition to the spiritual side of our lives. I prophesy: Before this year runs to an end, you shall share a big testimony. Go and possess all that God has in store for your life in the remaining part of this year, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus
1. Begin to cover yourself in the pool of the Blood of Jesus.
2. Holy Ghost fire, go into the satanic archives in the second heaven and delete everything written against me and my lineage by the power in the Blood of Jesus.
3. Holy Spirit, the revealer of deep secrets, please open my eyes to specific weapons in the armoury of the devil target for my family line, in Jesus name.
4. Today, I receive my total deliverance from all the works of the devil targeted at me and my lineage, in Jesus name.
5. I receive grace to be dead to every weapon of the devil formed/fashioned against me and my family, in Jesus name.
