Bible Reading:  Proverbs 16: 3, 9

Memory Verse:  The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps. Proverbs 16:9 ESV

The year is rounding off. This is the season of spiritual retreats and retrospective planning. Please do not enter into the New year still thinking of what to do. Know for sure the direction you want to take, and the changes you want to make. Make sure you are fully persuaded about what you want to do. Take time to receive the pattern now. As you engage the Holy Spirit for direction, trust Him to also lead you to mentors who will spark the fire of a glorious and promising future in you. Really, you enjoy a more soothing sail through life when you have a good mentor.

I encourage you to be proactive. Don’t enter the future preparing. Be prepared before entering into the future. We’re in changing times and seasons.  Someone said, “Typists made a lot of money back then when I was born. It is no longer true as of today. Being an aerial cameraman was a job when I was ten years old. It was killed by drones. Owning a video club was a lucrative endeavour when I was a teen. It is a defunct industry today. Driverless vehicles are now a reality in the United States.

The moral of the story is that skills, jobs, and business prospects change with the times, and if you don’t have updated skills, your ability to produce an income will quickly become obsolete. Don’t just keep your skills and abilities up-to-date. Be prepared for tomorrow!”

EVANGELISM IS GOD’S HEARTBEAT.

BE A PART OF THIS.

GO, GROAN AND GIVE TOWARDS IT.
