Bible reading: Psalm 90:12, Acts 13:36.

Memory Verse: For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Mark 11:23(NKJV)

Kenneth Erwin Hagin (August 20, 1917 – September 19, 2003) was an influential American Charismatic preacher. He was born in McKinney, Texas in 1917. He was married to Oretha Rooker. They had two children; a son named Kenneth and a daughter named Patricia. His most quoted scripture was Mark 11:22-24.

He was sickly as a child, suffering from a deformed heart and what was believed to be an incurable blood disease. He was not expected to live and became bedridden at age 15.

In April 1933, during a dramatic conversion experience, he reported dying three times in 10 minutes, each time seeing the horrors of hell and then returning to life. He was raised from his death bed on August 8, 1934 by “the revelation of faith in God’s Word”.

Kenneth E. Hagin never came to Nigeria but his books and the grace of God upon his life is evident in many of God’s servants. He worked evidently in the power of the Holy Ghost with signs and wonders following his ministry.

Challenge:  What are you going to be remembered for to the glory of God and the benefit of mankind?

Quote: Men are remembered for the value they add and the impact they made.

Prophetic Word: Receive Divine enablement to live a trans-generational legacy, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

  1. I receive grace to live a life of impact beyond my generation, in Jesus name.
  2. Prophesy: My generation shall be blessed through me, in the name of Jesus.
  3. Prophesy: Like David, I will die empty having fulfilled the counsel of God for my generation. I am unstoppable, in Jesus name.
  4. My Eagle, come alive by fire, in Jesus name.
  5. I shall impact generations, in Jesus name.
