Bible Reading:            Ephesians 1:17-23

Memory Verse: If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Psalm 11:3

In Building Technology, you are presented with a plan as drawn by an architect before you can construct. The first thing that must be done is to construct a formidable foundation well able to withstand various shear stresses. However, many are building on a poor foundation.  They are so preoccupied with the idea of erecting a structure without paying attention to its details. This is an effort in futility.

A man of God did a spiritual survey which was borne out of over 30 years of research in ministry. He said, many who have their parentage rooted in idolatry ended up with spiritual bondage, frustration and poverty. Many who come from polygamous homes suffer from one marital distress or another having their lives characterized with general backwardness. Those whose ancestors come from riverine, and sacrificed to them are under constant attack by marine powers. Those whose ancestors were full of occultic practices suffer from diverted destinies or profitless hardwork, etc. However, Jesus Christ is the ever living ancestor, you can always partner with Him and overturn situations.

There is a user of this daily devotional saying: Now that I am born again such things cannot be my portion. That is right! You are now seated in Christ Jesus far above all principality and power (Eph. 1:21-23). But, for such things not to be your portion you have to take responsibility. Salvation is a weapon. A weapon in your hands which you do not use produces no result. The Bible says when the foundation be destroyed what shall the righteous do? (Psalm 11:3). The righteous has got to use his new life in Christ to overturn every hidden work of darkness in his foundation, parentage and family. I curse every problem eating up your life because of your parentage, in Jesus name.

Prophetic Word:        Let the caterpillar of heaven bulldoze every faulty foundation affecting your destiny, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

1. I plead the Blood of Jesus against every curses and covenants biting and eating the root of my glory, in Jesus name.
2. My foundation, receive fire, become fire, in the name of Jesus.
3. My Father, clothed me with the anointing of Jehu to disgrace every witchcraft deposit in my foundation.
4. The glory of the latter house, appear by fire, in Jesus name.
5. Every evil load I’m carrying about, I return to the owners, in the name of Jesus.
