Bible Reading: Romans 8: 6-10

Memory Verse: Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8 (ESV)

By carnal movies I mean those type of movies that excite your flesh against the will of God, and above all, those movies that pollute your mind. The media space is getting increasingly saturated both with the good and the bad. You will need a measure of spiritual depth and deep self-discipline to be sane emotionally and above all, sanctified in your heart before God in this End time. Wait a minute, must there be a sex scene before a movie can sell? Do you know the gravity of what one sexual intercourse can cost your destiny? How does the spouses and children of those who act such scenes react? Can there ever be genuine trust in such relationships? Because you want to be a Nollywood star, OSCAR Award nominated, you kiss and fondle another person who is not your spouse passionately before the whole universe? Sincerely, such people are morally depraved talkless of the gross spiritual consequences. Any form of exchange with your body especially as it concerns your mouth or genitals has a measure of covenant attached to it. There is a transference of spirit involved, and those who watch them are just like unto them.

Permit me to post the abridged version of what God’s servant,  Evangelist Mike Bamiloye further said on this topic: “Our Children can no longer sit comfortably to watch movies! They will see skimpy dresses. They will see nudity! They will see open romance and graphic love-making. Parents are confused! Which movies will our children watch now? Movies are full of ladies who don’t want to wear clothes again! And men whose heads are going crazy and their bodies are full of tattoos! IN WHICH WAY HAVE YOU HELPED THE MORAL STANDARD OF THE SOCIETY NOW? Your movies have corrupted our society. Your half nude actress have polluted the heart of our young children! Your scantily dressed actress have manipulated the mindsets of our youths! Male actors with Madmen hairstyles and body full of tattoos have changed the focus of our young ones!

Parents, especially those living in the developed countries of the world. Please be very concerned about what your children watch. Don’t just tell them not to watch carnal films, please explain to them the consequences. Same goes for several cartoons, games, and friends they watch and move it. May the Lord save this generation, in Jesus name.

My advice: Consecrate your eye gate, ear gate, and heart gate. If possible, watch and listen only to Christian movies and songs. Please read 1 Corinthians 6:12, Proverbs 4:23, and Romans 12:2.

Prayer Focus

1. Holy Spirit, please help me to lead a consecrated life, in Jesus name.

2. Today, I consecrate my eye gate unto Jesus, in Jesus name.

3. Today, I consecrate my ear gate unto Jesus, in Jesus name.

4. My Father, please help me to walk in the spirit so that I will not fulfil the lust of my flesh, in Jesus name.

5. I cast out every sexual demon from the romantic movies and sensual musical lyrics that has possessed me, in Jesus name.
