Bible Reading: Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12

Memory Verse: Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor.  Ecclesiastes 4:9 (NKJV)

The yoke of marital delay is broken in your life, in Jesus name. I celebrate the grace of God upon Musa Gift. Shall we consider some of the things that causes delay in marriage:

1. Boy-friend / Girl-friend Spirit: The last thing on a guy’s mind or a lady’s mind is marriage. Such don’t think of marriage. At the moment, they want to have fun first, and marry later. They enter into relationships only for fun and sex. Dear Lady, if you want marriage, stop dating boys, you’ll only end up as a baby mama. Dear Gentleman, if you want marriage, stop dating girls, else you will end up as a baby daddy. A Boy/Girl is different from a Man/Woman. Boys and Girls want only Relationship. A Man/Woman wants Marriage.

2. Lord Of The Ring Spirit: I curse perennial engagement in your life, in Jesus name. While this may have some spiritual undertone and for some very genuine reasons, some bachelors and spinsters aren’t just seriously committed to their marriage. Sister, say NO to Lord of the Rings. You have been carrying that engagement ring for over 5 years, when will it be changed to wedding ring? When? You are still celebrating Engagement Anniversary when you are meant to be celebrating Wedding anniversary? Brothers, please don’t tie down that sister if you have no plans for her. Hear me: Sit down with your spouse to be and pick a wedding date. Even if it is 10 people present just make sure your pastor and your parents are involved. That settles it. Seek further counsel if need be.

Prayer Focus

1. I command every evil spiritual canopy over my life to catch fire, in Jesus name.

2. My marriage shall manifest in the name of Jesus

3. Holy Spirit, remove every physical and spiritual delay over my marriage, in Jesus name.

4. Anti marital curses and evil covenants of my father’s house, be broken by the Redeeming Blood of Jesus, in Jesus name.

5. Anti marital curses and evil covenants of my mother’s house, be broken by the Redeeming Blood of Jesus, in Jesus name.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Matthew 11
