Bible Reading:  Genesis 2:7, 22

Memory Verse:  Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, And the strength of salvation; The fear of the LORD is His treasure. Isaiah 33:6 (NKJV)

You see, there is a way God has created us as humans. The way a man is wired is a bit different from how a woman is wired. The way God formed each justifies for this. Man from clay (Genesis 2:7) and the woman from a rib (Genesis 2:22).

Dear brother, you bought a gift for her on her birthday. Again and again, you call her 2-3 times every day. People see you together including members of your family. Should she be bothered about anything, you present your shoulders for her to lean on.

Now, you suddenly proposed to another woman. She flares up in rage saying you have toyed with her emotions and later dumped her. You keep defending yourself that you never proposed, and that you are merely good friends.

Yes, you didn’t make it an official proposal but you have sent a wrong signal of an unofficial proposal. You have unconsciously invested in her emotions and worst still, built a canopy around her, thereby preventing other suitors from probably approaching her.

Brothers, please learn from this. This is a similitude of a true life story. And the sister in concern vowed to destroy the marriage of the brother. Be careful of your words, body language, and the way you handle relationship, dear brother.

Even when you are married, be careful with how you handle other married women. Unknown to her, she may start having feelings for you especially when her husband doesn’t take good care of her emotions. If you are a brother in ministry, please be more careful.

Receive grace to discern and to be emotionally intelligent, in Jesus name. On the other hand, dear sister, assumptions could be very costly. Should he be getting too close, it is time to define the relationship. No one shall waste your time, in Jesus name.

Quote: As soon as he is getting closer, you have the right to sit him down and ask him to define the relationship. 

Prophetic Decree:  Let the wind of heaven blow your divine spouse to you, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus 

1. I receive divine wisdom to handle relationship, in Jesus name.

2. O Lord, please heal my broken heart, in Jesus name.

3. In any way I might have missed it in relationship, O Lord, please forgive me, in Jesus name.

4. I will not miss it in marriage, in Jesus name.

5. Any anti-marital curse and covenant raging in my life, break, in Jesus name.
