Kenneth W. Hagin once said: What about faith versus medical care? Some believers think it shows a lack of faith to go to the doctor when they are sick. But think about the wonderful discoveries made by medical science! For instance, medication can help people stay alive as they build their faith in the Word to believe in their healing. If you happen to be in that category of those needing medication, I suggest you continue to take your medicine according to your medical prescription as you build your faith in God’s Word. Taking medication shouldn’t negate your faith that God is still working in the situation.
Sometimes doctors can keep you alive until you can activate your faith! God is the One who gave doctors the knowledge to discover all those wonderful medical breakthroughs in the first place! So, do all you can in the natural and do all you can in the supernatural by standing strong on God’s Word. Brother O.B. Braun in Fort Worth, Texas, was a good example of a person who built up his faith while he continued to take his medicine. Brother Braun was a full-time minister friend of my dad.
He has since gone to be with the Lord, but over the years, my dad held many revival meetings for him. Brother Braun had sugar diabetes for about thirty years. Every morning he had to check his blood sugar level and give himself a shot of the proper dosage of insulin. But finally, Brother Braun learned how to believe God for his healing by standing on the Word. When he learned how to activate his faith in God’s Word, he would give himself an insulin shot, then make this faith declaration: “I thank You, God, that You are working in my body to effect a healing and a cure in Jesus’ Name.” After he’d been standing on God’s Word in faith for a while, his doctor checked him out again.
His doctor asked him, “Could you stay at the hospital a little longer so we can run a few more tests? Something has changed.” Brother Braun realized that for the last several days he hadn’t needed to take any insulin at all. His doctor ran all the tests on him and couldn’t find anything wrong with him. Finally, he told Brother Braun, “I’ve been your doctor all these years. And in all these years, you’ve always needed to take insulin. But now your pancreas is working normally and supplying your insulin, so you don’t need to take insulin shots anymore.” From that time until years later when he went on to be with the Lord, Brother Braun never took any more insulin. He didn’t need to because he was healed.

2. I bind and cast out demons frustrating my health, in Jesus name.
3. Internal altars of witchcraft in my body, catch fire, in Jesus name.
4. Strongman in charge of my health that won’t let me go, be paralyze, in Jesus name.
5. I crossover from divine healing to divine health, in Jesus name.
