Bible Reading: Isaiah 55: 8-9

We must not be insensitive to the many deaths and disasters that happened during the hit of the coronavirus in 2020. May the soul of all the departed rest in perfect peace. Indeed, the whole world felt the impact. However, this same period welcomed some breakthrough in Medicine, technology, economics, etc. Many people began to look inwards for survival. Online video conferences, online church services, online marketing, etc, became the norm of the day due to travel restrictions and lockdown. Amazingly, some new millionaires emerged while more billionaires were birthed.

Sinach song, “Way Maker” was the song for that moment. It has garnered over 143 million views on YouTube. Surely, her pocket will not remain the same.

It was during the lockdown that the glory of the ministry of God’s servant Apostle Arome Osayi shone brighter. His multimillionaire Remnant Christian Network Embassy New Ultra-Modern Facility in Markurdi was started during this season. The lockdown was for a “shoot up” for his ministry. Why? People were locked down in their various homes all over the world and were forced to listen to the Goodnews. God works in mysterious ways brethren.

Supermakets and food sellers raked in more money during this same season. I’m sure some of them became millionaires as well.

What spelt doom for some firms, companies, multinationals, etc, and led to the sudden retrenchment and downsizing, propelled others into higher glory. Indeed, God works in mysterious ways.

Food for thought: God forbid, but should another lockdown happen, will you be at the mercy of your boss? Does that mean you haven’t learnt from history? Perhaps someone needs to start something legitimate online. Faith says, “All is well”. Wisdom says, “Prepare for the worse scenario”. You need both faith and wisdom. Mind you, “Wisdom is the principal thing”. Proverbs 4:7 (KJV).

Prayer Focus

I operate from Zion. I’m blessed with divine inspiration. I can’t be stranded. When others are saying that there is a casting down, I shall say there is a lifting up. El-shaddai is my financier. The economy of heaven cannot run dry. I am blessed when I come in, and I am blessed when I go out. Every curse of financial dryness is broken from my life. I walk in abundance. I shall lend to nations. I shall not be broke, in Jesus mighty name.
