Bible Reading: Proverbs 16:4

Memory VerseThe LORD has a reason for everything he does, and he lets evil people live only to be punished. Proverbs 16:4 (CEV)

Why do you think God is blessing you? Have you come to the realization that God is passing through you in order to get His mission accomplished here on earth? Why the numerous blessings, sometimes unsolicited? There was a brother who said ideally he wasn’t meant to be among the delegates assigned to travel abroad, yet, the Managing Director insisted he must be part of the team. Think deep, such blessings and opportunities has an assignment attached.

The last time you travelled abroad, how many souls did you lead to Christ? Do you know that God could be blessing you because He wants you to cater for one of His servants and the ministry? Be humble. The grace you are enjoying has an assignment attached. Think deep. “Your success must be success with a mission. Your promotion must be promotion with a mission. Your lifting must be lifting with a mission” – Rev Olusola Areogun.

I was pleasantly surprised the day a sister said that she started a savings account in order to cater for the needs of a particular ministry. That’s a sister with a kingdom mindset. She said she has been doing very little about evangelism and that must stop. She once told the set man of the ministry she is financially committed to, “Sir, I will always pay my vows. It is a covenant between God and I. Infact, I will try to pay beforehand”. Friend, is the kingdom of God profiting because you are there?

Despite the various monumental promotions and uncommon liftings God has graciously showered some people, they are still on the same giving level. As the Lord lifts you up, you must also increase your commitment to Him. May the Oil of increase never cease to flow in your life because of ingratitude. Don’t stay on the same giving level for too long. Your blessings has an assignment attached from God. Meditate on these things and make amends where need be.

EVANGELISM IS GOD’S HEARTBEAT. GO, GIVE, AND GROAN TOWARDS IT.
