Bible Reading: Psalm 119:9, 105

Memory Verse: The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. Isaiah 40:8 (ESV)

1. On the power of declaration: Declaration is the proof of conviction. If you can’t declare it then it means you don’t believe it. What you say determines what you see; confession determines possession. Your destiny is at the mercy of your declaration; until your mouth is open your future remains closed – Dr Paul Enenche.

2. On divine making: If the problem was permitted by God to correct your character, be sure it will not leave until you totally surrender and learn. Your character and capacity development is most important to God.

3. On your spouse: Don’t judge actions before you understand intentions. Develop the capacity to excuse the fault of your partner – Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche

4. On death to self: No death, no life. No death, no glory. You must die daily to the desires of your flesh.

5. On acts of love: Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around – Leo Buscaglia

6. On faith: God never gives you a dream that matches your budget. He is not checking your pocket, He is checking your faith – Mark Wahlberg.

7. On going the extra mile: Push yourself beyond what the 90% won’t dare and you’ll enjoy what the 10% enjoy. The top is never crowded.

9. On obedience: Obedience to God especially when it is not convenient is what will take you higher.

12. On other forms of giving: Money is not the only commodity that is fun to give. We can give time, we can give our expertise, we can give our love, or simply give a smile. What does that cost? The point is, none of us can ever run out of something worthwhile to give – Steve Goodier.

Prayer Focus

1. Thank you Father for your Words of wisdom and life.

2. I receive grace to speak a Word in season, in Jesus name.

3. I receive grace to endure the making of the Almighty. May I not rush out of the Potter’s house, in Jesus name.

4. I command the Spirit of love, selflessness, forgiveness, and understanding in my home, in Jesus name.

5. I need grace to be focused and undistracted; always willing to burn the extra Oil in my studies, in Jesus name.
