Bible Reading: 2 Chronicles 1: 6-15

Memory Verse: The human spirit is the lamp of the LORD that sheds light on one’s inmost being. Proverbs 20:27 (NIV)

You will do well to understand how God speaks to you as an individual. You will do well to understand how God speaks to you personally. Sometimes an idea that will turn around your life for the best will come as a repeated nudge in your spirit. All you need to do is to compare it with the Word of God. Provided it doesn’t contravene the Word of God, then carry it out. Philippians 4:8 is a test guide. “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing.

Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Such was what probably happened to Solomon. God inspired him to give an uncommon sacrificial offering, he didn’t delay like many people do, and his destiny opened up for wisdom, knowledge and prosperity (2 Chron. 1:6-15). It was a divine set-up for his good.

Did you notice that after a little while, some divine nudges or divine ideas that knocks on the door of your heart suddenly fades off. Perhaps the Holy Spirit who is moving all over the world has given it to another person. Be sensitive, beloved. You must know God, understand God, and learn to hear/perceive God for yourself. Your pastor/ General Overseer will not always be there.

Stop being a spiritual puppet after donkey years as a Christian. This is why many people get scammed by fake prophets.  It takes time to know God for yourself, but it is worth it. You keep growing daily as a new born baby. Develop a living relationship with the Holy Spirit first by daily reading the Word of God as you keep growing in grace. Read GOOD books of other well-balanced preachers and don’t joke with your discipleship class where your personal questions can be asked and answers profered.

You grow in the Lord mainly as a result of your consistency DAILY. The peculiarity of your destiny is tied to your relationship with the Holy Spirit. Of course, this is hinged on your obedience to all He tells you – verbally and non-verbally – directly through His spoken words or divine nudges.

Quote: Until you are committed to hearing, God may not be committed to speaking.

Prophetic Decree: Let every wool in your spiritual antenna catch fire, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. I will not miss that divine idea that will turn my life for good, in Jesus name.

2. Spiritual deafness, be roasted, in Jesus name.

3. The pathways to the release of my Spirit, open up by fire, in Jesus name.

4. I bind and cast out the spirit of disobedience, in Jesus name.

5. Let the mercy of God bring back all the instructions that will move my life forward, in Jesus name.
