Bible reading:               Rom. 8:18-30

Memory Verse:           And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28(BSB)

Kanu Nwankwo is one of Nigeria’s ex-international football legends. After his Atlanta 1996 gold Medal, his soccer career nearly came to an end, based on a medical condition. He was diagnosed with a heart defect that threatened to cut short an amazing career that only a gifted, talented, focused and hardworking individual could amass. With his firm faith in God, he underwent the heart surgery successfully in Cleveland Hospital, Ohio, USA and, had since returned to play professional football before retirement.

Today, he sits upon a non-governmental foundation named Kanu Heart Foundation poised to helping children with heart problems. Kanu is a definition of a man who turned his problems into a life message. You see, it doesn’t matter what life throws at you. What matters ultimately is your response. You need a lion heart for a lion share! God wanted to channel His financial blessings aright; so, he decided to give Kanu a problem to solve and thereafter, help others solve theirs.

David’s myriad of problems with King Saul was a training ground for the numerous battles he would personally fight on behalf of Israel in the future. May you see beyond your present personal problems, in Jesus name.

I see you coming out of that problem stronger and better with a transformational life message to your generation.

Quote: Problems are prophetic. They present to us our life messages.

Prophetic Word: Receive the mind of God, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

  1. Decree: My challenges will not swallow me. I’ll come out of them refined for my next level, in Jesus name.
  2. Those who are ashamed of me today, shall celebrate me tomorrow, in Jesus name.
  3. Powers in the air, expanding the duration of my famine season, somersault and die, in Jesus name.
  4. Every evil prince in the second heavens, withholding my earnest expectations, the hand of God is against you, in Jesus name.
  5. O God, trouble my troubles and challenge my challenges, in Jesus name.
