Key Skills Needed To Build a Viable Career Include

I. Creativity and Innovation: The ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas is essential for success in the 21st century workplace. 

II. Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: The ability to analyse complex problems and find solutions is another highly valued skill. For example, there are many mechanics in developed countries earning far above junior doctors.

III. Communication and Collaboration: The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others is crucial for success in any career.
