Bible Reading: Genesis 49:1-39
Memory Verse: But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, And there shall be holiness; The house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. Obadiah 1:17(NKJV)
A man had many sons and daughters but made an evil decree that none of them will ever surpass his achievements. By the means of occultic power, he diverted all the family glory to himself. Only his name was ever heard. This is a typical example of an evil king reigning in the affairs of a family. Like Deborah, someone must arise in such a family to challenge this evil verdict; else, the limitation could remain two hundred years after the demise of such an occultic father.
In some families, education is war. Anyone who decides to move forward academically faces myriads of spiritual attacks such as unexplainable sickness before the commencement of exams, mysterious disappearance of exam scripts, result cancellation, etc. Surely, there are powers contending with such from rising above status quo. In some other families, it is poverty or problem in marriage, etc. The problem becomes even more compounded amongst first born in most families. You must fight back.
What is the way out if you ever find yourself in any strange situation? Go for deliverance. Read Obadiah 1:17.

- My glory shall speak whether the devil likes it or not.
- I throw the stone of death at every witchcraft power working against my lifting, in Jesus name.
