Bible Reading:  Joshua 10: 12-14

Memory Verse: I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. Psalm 81:10

Under the auction of the Almighty, Joshua decreed, “Sun stay still, moon do not move”, and it was so (Joshua 10:12). Ezekiel prophesied as commanded, “Dry bones live” and one bone began to join to another (Ezek. 37). Elijah decreed, “There shall be no rain for three and a half years and it was so (1 Kings 17). Jesus decreed there shall be no fruit on a particular tree, and it was so (Mark 11:12-25). Samuel’s words never fell to the ground (1 Sam.3:19). Wake up friend, let heaven hear you roar like a lion in holy command as you overturn unpleasant situations in your life. You have prayed for so long, perhaps it is time to give a standing order.

However, men who speak and have their words come to pass are men who are born again and who service their altar with the Lord everyday. They are men of His presence. They are carriers of God’s manifest presence. Learn from Elijah in 1 Kings 17. He said, “The Lord before whom I stand, there shall be no rain”. He was physically present yet spiritually, he was standing before the Lord of lords.

Fear and unbelief stop some people from making a prophetic decree forgetting that when you take God by His words, you commit him to work. Faith is a risk. You must learn to be audacious. Some others are intimidated by the anointing upon great men of God believing they have not achieved that level of spiritual authority. While this could be true, you do not despise the day of your own little beginning. Your spiritual sword becomes sharper as a result of use. Say something today!

Quote :           Keep speaking to that mountain until it becomes a valley before you.

Prophetic Decree: As of the days of Pentecost, receive a cloven tongue of fire, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

  1. Father, I repent of all negative words I have spoken, in Jesus name.
  2. I receive fresh authority and power to decree, in the name of Jesus.
  3. I cast out the spirit of fear and unbelief, in Jesus name.
  4. Authority of God that cannot be reversed, fall upon my lips, in Jesus name.
  5. As of the days of Elisha, I receive fire in my bones, in my Blood and in my mouth, in Jesus name.
