MANIFEST GOD IN YOUR DRESSING

Bible Reading: 1 Timothy 2: 9-10, Exodus 28:2

Memory VerseCharm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30 (ESV)

Don’t forget, this year is our year of manifestation as sons and daughters of the Almighty (Romans 8:19). One thing that separates sons and daughters of the Almighty from ordinary children is that they have been well trained, and well-groomed in kingdom lifestyle. They function with superior knowledge and understanding. They are not of the mixed multitude or mixed crowd. Consequently, in this Year 2023, your dressing must also reflect this experience. We are not to dress to kill but to reveal the glory of God. We are not to dress to make a statement about our class or social status but to extol Christ our king. There was a wife of the leader of the house of representative of a particular country who thought buying all the expensive designer shoes, designer clothes, and designer weavon of this world is what makes one beautiful. Amazingly and conspicuously, it only revealed who she really was. You can’t be beautiful withal if you are not beautiful within.

Revelation 5:10 (KJV) says “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” As kings and queens, you don’t dress to slay, you dress to rule. As kings and queen, you don’t dress to kill, they dress in majesty. As kings and queens, you are notable in the elegance of your dressing and appearance and not in the show off. As kings and queens, you possess impressive majesty not shabby look of a harlot. As kings and queens, your appearance must be accompanied with magnificence, grandeur and splendor. As kings and queens, you call yourself a cheap boy or girl, cheap man or woman when you dress half naked. Such dressing demeans your royal status. Don’t sell the pride and dignity that defines you. You are not a street boy or girl.

Your dressing defines you. It tells people what to call you. It gives people the picture of your personality. So, next time you’re all dressed up to leave the house, check the mirror and ask yourself: Can I be called a king or queen of the royal house of heaven dressed like this? In case you don’t know, every man and woman is a queen ruling over a kingdom. We Are Not slaying king or queens. We are reigning sons and daughters of God Almighty Prayer.

QuoteThere are kingdom codes and conducts expected of a believer.

Prophetic Decree: Henceforth, your dressing shall bring glory to God, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Focus

1. Final Authority of heaven and earth, I thank You.

2. I repent of the misuse of my body, in Jesus’ name.

3. We bring our fashion sense at the feet of Calvary. O Lord, use it to your glory, in Jesus’ name.

4. I receive grace to present my body and my clothes as a living so before you, O Lord.

5. I refuse to follow what is trending but not divine, in Jesus’ name.
