Bible Reading: Habakkuk 2: 1-4
Memory Verse: Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJV)
Consider these men and women of vision and be inspired:
1. Nehemiah: He had a vision to rebuild the broken wall of Jerusalem. He refused to be intimidated by the threats of Sanballat and Tobiah (Nehemiah 4:1-6).
2. Moses: His vision as a deliverer of Israel made him to renounce being called an heir to the throne of Pharoah. Rather, he suffered as a fugitive in Midian. Your vision could lead you into a season of wilderness in preparation for a greater glory (Hebrews 11: 24-26).
3. Martin Luther King Junior: He said, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by their character.”
4. Finis Jennings Dake (1902–1987): He had a vision which took him 7 years to complete called The Dake Annotated Reference Bible. This was the first widely published study Bible. It has 35,000 notes.
5. Cosmas Maduka (CEO Coscharis Group): Cosmas began his education, but dropped out in elementary three, few years after losing his father. As a result, he began to assist his mother in her business. He was hawking Akara (bean cake) with his brother so as to fend for the family. Later, at age 7, Cosmas was taken to his maternal uncle to serve as an automobile apprentice. He served his uncle who sold motorcycle parts in Lagos. Unfortunately, at age 14, his uncle relieved him of his duties. After trading in motorcycle parts for a while, in 1977, Cosmas established the Coscharis Motors now Coscharis Group. Coscharis is a combination of his name and his wife’s – Cosmas and Charity. Coscharis started the importation and distribution of automobile spare parts, accessories of Japanese vehicles and all other kinds of automobile products. The company grew and expanded and in the 1980s, the Nigerian government decided to grant importation licence to 10 Nigerian companies. Coscharis was among the selected companies and that was the beginning of a new dawn for the company. In all, his resolute vision of a successful business man impacted the needed resilience to weather the storms of life.

Prayer Focus
1. Thank you Father for baptising me with a new vision in this Year 2025.
2. My vision shall not go dim, in the name of Jesus.
3. O Lord, refire my vision. Grant me clarity and renewed passion to pursue my vision, in Jesus name.
4. My Father, any vision that is not in line with my purpose, O Lord, uproot it from my heart, in Jesus name.
5. Vision helpers, burden bearers, and sincere mentors shall be magnetised to my vision, in Jesus name.
