Pastor Daniel Adewumi shared a remarkable testimony of God’s supernatural intervention during his battle with COVID-19. A few days before May 8, 2021, he was diagnosed with the virus but chose to stand in faith despite feeling increasingly weak. On May 8, while preparing for Covenant Hour of Prayer, he collapsed. His wife noticed he was turning blue, struggling to breathe, and losing consciousness.
An ambulance rushed him to the Royal Alexandra Hospital. He was taken straight to the ICU, placed on life support, and his oxygen level had collapsed. Doctors observed that his lungs, heart, liver, and kidneys were shutting down simultaneously. He slipped into a coma, and due to restrictions, his wife could only see him through Zoom. The medical team warned her that he was unlikely to survive—and if he did, he would never live a normal life again.
Refusing despair, his wife contacted his spiritual father, Bishop David Oyedepo, sending him a photo of Pastor Daniel on life support. Bishop Oyedepo prophetically declared his total restoration. Holding unto this word, his wife prayed, kept vigils, and offered thanksgiving, believing the healing had already been established.
Three days after the prophetic declaration, a dramatic turnaround began. Pastor Daniel started responding. His breathing tube was removed as he began to breathe normally on his own. His feeding tube came out, and he suddenly regained full bodily function. He awoke from the coma. Within three hours, the dialysis machine was disconnected; his heart stabilised, lungs rose to 98% function, and his liver and kidneys returned to life.
Doctors were astonished with no medical explanation for the quick recovery. The next day he was moved out of ICU. On the second day, in a revelation Bishop Oyedepo visited his room, handed him an envelope, and declared his covenant of longevity. That same day, Pastor Daniel was discharged—completely whole.
Eight days after arriving unconscious and near death, he walked out fully healed. Four years later, he remains strong, healthy, and vibrant. He celebrated his 60th birthday, became a grandfather, witnessed his son’s wedding, and testified that his family and businesses continue to flourish. He returned all glory to God.
Lesson: Your healing is largely connected to your personal faith and your spiritual covering.

5. I move from divine healing to divine health, in Jesus name.
