Bible Reading: Zechariah 3:1-2, Acts 19:11-12

Evil will not submit until there is a higher demonstration of the power of God. This generation need men and women, boys and girls that will say No to all the works of the devil and his agents both in the social and spiritual spheres of life. Young brothers and sisters that will enter into forbidden forests and shrines and disgrace the devil right in his face as of the days of the early Apostles. The Church is gradually losing its relevance because little or no emphasis is said on the power of God. Prophets anoint kings. They are both called by God but one is operating on a higher realm. By their word, the social and economy state of nations are shaped (1 Kings 17:1).

Having made up their mind to collect bribe after checking all the papers of the car, a Prophet told these law enforcement agents to go into the nearby bush in search of his shoes pending the time he comes back from his ministration. By his words, they all began a frantic search in the nearby bush. Never again will they think of extortion. He eventually led them to Christ when he returned few hours later. That’s God’s power! Social injustice may not end and the pride of the Church may equally not be restored without this generation demonstrating the raw power of God. Our generation is full of packaging and ministers of diction and principles, but no fire! God has been reduced to “Gaad”.

Messages that will convict sinners of old has been reduced to seminars by entertainers. A situation whereby the blind is leading the blind. Worse still, God’s pulpit is being shared with comedians. Woe befall that boss that will put your promotion letter under his feet when the power of God is available. God is definitely in a search for firebrands plucked out from His fire. The increase in the activities of witchcraft in schools and boarding houses demands we teach the younger generation how to become carriers of the raw power of God.  A fire brand mother who had access to sacred information in the spirit walked up to a particular teacher respectfully, and gave her a fair but firm warning: “My child is a no-go area”. Sure the teacher understood because “power has jammed power”. Promptly the teacher responded: “Yes madame”. Deep calls unto deep. You need the power of God, dear brethren.

Quote: “When power jam power, lesser power must bow.”

Prophetic Decree: May you be a brand plucked out of fire, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. My Father, deliver me from the powerlessness.

2. O God, push me out of my comfort zone, in the name of Jesus.

3. I put a final full stop to all the activities of witchcraft in my life and family, in the name of Jesus.

4. Holy Ghost, soak me in your power and in your fire, in the name of Jesus.

5. Power of Old manifest in my life, today, in Jesus name.

6. O Lord, give me the ears of Samuel, the ears of Elijah, the strength of Samson and the mind of Jesus Christ.

7. I receive grace to penetrate into the realm of the Spirit, in Jesus name.

8. I plead the Blood of Jesus upon my children, in Jesus name.
