Do you realize that if the Secret Services such as the Interpol, Mossad or CIA want to arrest a criminal, they take time to map out all details while they gather intelligence report of such individual, and this could take many years? Similarly, the devil, the accuser of brethren is daily mapping out strategies against gallant soldiers in the army of the Lord that wrecks havoc to his kingdom. There is something called spiritual counter attack in spiritual warfare. This is otherwise known as satanic reinforcement.
This is an attack that comes as a result of a previous assault done against an enemy. The enemy allows you to continue living your life as if nothing will happen, and then suddenly BOOM! he strikes. Many mighty men have fallen off the cliff of righteousness and glory as a result of the counter attacks of the enemy. After doing that damage to Satan, a map is drawn for you in hell. It may be instant or a 5 – 10 years plan. A fire brand brother that once bombarded hell through his corrosive midnight prayers during his campus days and three years after graduating, was found in an ungodly tie with the daughters of Jezebel transacting in Babylon. He became a victim of spiritual counter attack.
A disciplined sister that once preached righteousness during her campus days with several converts graduated from the University, and due to pressure of marriage from her parents, she married a millionaire businessman who was occultic, and little by little, she forgot her Lord. That is a victim of spiritual counter attack. Mammon took her away. All these things you are doing against Satan today – the prayer vigils. The 12 hours prayer stretch. The 7 days fasting. The radical street evangelism. The help given to the poor. The tithes and offerings you give for kingdom advancement on a monthly basis, etc, will definitely make the devil angry and he will stage a fight back. Should you cross over to the other side due to backsliding, weariness or spiritual fatigue, be sure the devil will take his pound of flesh. So, stay steadfast, unmoveable and always abound in the work of the Lord (1 Cor. 15:58). Once on fire, ever on fire.

1. The Lord mighty in battle, I thank You.
2. I command the East Wind to blow away any counter wind of the enemy, in Jesus name

4. Tantrums from the pit of hell to kill my faith, backfire, in Jesus name.
5. Holy Spirit, refire my fire, in Jesus name.
6. I shake off the beast called backsliding into the pit of hell, in Jesus name.
