Bible Reading: Numbers 23: 1-2, 26-33

Memory Verse:  For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he. Proverbs 23:7a

1. A lady decided not to marry because she heard when a slave her grandmother maltreated issued a curse of no stable marriage on their lineage. That experience has become a stronghold in her mind. Such needs to renew her mind with the Word of God and simply go for deliverance. There is no curse too strong for God to break when we repent.

2. When you make statements such as “I can’t make it”, “I can’t do it”, “I can’t get that” then, you automatically close your mind to such possibilities. You shut down your mind from thinking productively. When you say, “What must I do in order to make it, or to do this or afford this?” Then, you provoke your mind to action. Henry Ford, the man who provided very affordable cars for almost 50% of Americans in the early 90s’ said,  “The man who thinks he can and the man who thinks he can’t are both right. Which one are you?”

3. Do you know you can pass through a Tertiary institution without funding yourself? Ask E.V. Hill’s mum. She had faith in God. As E.V Hill lined up on the queue with no money in his pocket during registration as a fresher, a university staff walked up to him telling him he had been placed on scholarship. Train your mind to act in faith.

4. Do you know you can start a business without one cent? I had no money at the start of this devotional you’re reading. God gave me a vision, I correctly positioned myself in Him, and He brought the people who published it (Psalm 68:11). Everything starts with a possibility mentality. Say to yourself, “With God, this project is possible”. That business is possible, your IELTS, ACCA, ICAN, UTME, WASSCE, IJMB, etc, are all possible. Only believe. Engage your renewed mind in the Holy Ghost.

5. Had Mrs Oluyemisi Oluyemi Megbope, CEO of ‘No Left Over’ failed to pick the business form which cost #200,000 at a time she had little or nothing, she wouldn’t have met the Americans who were intrigued by her story of starting off her moimoi business with just #1,000. She could have died in her poverty. Perfect conditions hardly exist. There can be no destiny turning point without grace and grit. This also is a mind battle.

Prophetic Decree: I crush every stronghold of past pain and impossibility mentality in your heart, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Thank You Holy Spirit for giving me the mind of Christ.

2. I reject impossibility mindset, in Jesus name.

3. I silence the voice of my past speaking woe to my present and future, in Jesus name.

4. Fire of God roast any demon whispering impossibility into my mind, in Jesus name.

5. O Lord, move me forward by fire and let it start in my mind, in Jesus name.
