Bible Reading: 2 Timothy 4:18

Memory Verse: And the Lord shall free me from every evil work, and shall save me — to his heavenly kingdom; to whom is the glory to the ages of the ages! Amen. 2 Timothy 4:18 (YLT)

Credit to the grace of God upon God’s servant Apostle Johnson Suleman. There is a story of his friend who had a block industry. He sells cement, blocks, etc. And when you get there, you see warehouses with bags of cement and they were getting very stiff because they are overdue. You must understand that these things have expiry date and they were getting caked. Blocks were there in their thousands, and hundreds of thousands waiting for people to buy.

And people were building houses in Benin city. Nobody asked him what he was selling, because there was a problem. He said to this Man of God, “Come, I want to show you something, sir”. So after the morning service, together with another pastor he went to the block industry. They sat down, and he said, “You will see something”. Somebody walked into the shop and was asking him, “Do you have spanner 4 by 4?”.

The guy looked at them and said, “This is what I’m telling you”. Apostle said, “What do you mean?” He said, “Wait, you will soon see”. Another person walked in there and said, “Sorry sir, do you have plug?” While they were talking, somebody walked in there and asked for engine oil. The two pastors looked at him and said, “What’s going on?” He replied, “They don’t ask me of what I’m selling, they only ask me of things I’m not selling”.

So by the spirit of God, they could discern that Satan has turned that block industry to a mechanic workshop. So as people were passing, what they are seeing are not blocks, they are seeing tools. They are seeing mechanic equipments. So they were asking him for mechanic equipments, not the blocks he was selling.

There are people today who are due for marriage, but people see them as married. There are people today who are due for certain lifting but are mysteriously denied. There are some people, the reason why people are not helping them is because they think they have more than enough whereas they have nothing, and worst still, “they are always looking well packaged”.

When some people say they don’t have money, people find it really hard to believe. And whereas, they are saying the truth. When people walk to some people and ask for certain amount of money, they look at themselves and ask, “Are they mocking me or what?” They have not seen that kind of money in their life. May everything hiding you be set on fire, in Jesus name.
