Bible Reading:              Luke 11:9-13

Memory Verse:      Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?  Matthew 6:26 (NLT).

When some young folks are caught stealing, they would rationalise it by putting the blame on their parents because they couldn’t meet their needs. This is not the gospel!

Haven’t you heard the testimony of orphans who are now graduates? They did various menial jobs such as site labourers, masonry work, selling recharge cards, selling pure water, etc, to educate themselves.

Some ladies claim that they took to prostitution because they were underprivileged and needed to take care of their aged parents! Really?  You break the rule of God because you want to make ends meet? Can two wrongs make a right?

You mean you cannot learn catering, tailoring, or hair dressing for some years while you save some money? From your savings, you enroll back to school trusting God for further help. Your mates who know your predicament will be used by God to bless you. You must never pollute your body, the temple of the living God for any reason (1 Cor. 6:19-20).

Quote: There’s no good reason for a wrong action.

Prophetic Word: As you trust in God, help shall arise for you from Zion, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

  1. By the power that parted the Red sea, O God my heavenly Father, make a way for me, in  Jesus name.
  2. Powers frustrating my future, die by fire, in the name of Jesus.
  3. Angels of warfare, scatter every spiritual attack against my good success, in the name of Jesus
  4. Every power from my father’s house saying “I shall not prosper”, die by fire, in Jesus name.
  5. Anything in me, that is trying to make God a liar, jump out and die, in Jesus name.
