Memory Verse: But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, And there shall be holiness; The house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. Obadiah 1:17 (NKJV)

When Does a Village, Community or City need Territorial Deliverance?

1. When they are suffering from the same defeatist mindset and belief system.

2. When there is a repetitive negative pattern of sickness, oppression (e.g. early death), high crime rate, and negative addiction (e.g. drugs and alcoholism).

3. When there are no positive progress (stagnation) or development. 

4. When there is a known curse upon the land e.g. the land of Jericho (Joshua 6:26).

5. When the indigenes don’t prosper but foreigners come to enjoy and own the vast human and natural resources of the land.

6. When all the indigenes of such land who prosper live and die abroad without any developmental strides at home.

7. When, for no just reason social amenities such as schools, good roads, electricity, etc., seems to elude a place though the indigents of such places are all highly placed in government/corporate world.

8. When there are chronic problems that are seemingly intractable such as violence, poverty, or natural disasters.

9. When there is widespread moral decline, apathy, hopelessness, or vice.

10. When there is any form of idolatry either to a deity or a governmental ruler.

11. When there is any known or unknown demonic sacrifice or ritual that must be performed at a particular time of the year.

12. When an evil covenant is in place.

What Is The Way Out (Obadiah 1:17)? 

1. Collective Repentance. 

2. Call to Salvation. 

3. Territorial Deliverance Prayers. 

4. Rededication of the land. 

5. Prophetic blessings. 

6. Discipleship unto kingdom culture. 

7. Mercy of God.

Quote:  Until the land becomes delivered, and the heavens give rain, there can’t be fruitfulness. 

Prophetic Decree: Let every curse upon your land be swallowed by the redeeming Blood of Jesus, in Jesus name. 

Prayer Focus 

1. Repent of all known and unknown sins peculiar to your territory even as you cover yourself with the Blood of Jesus.

2. I command any ancient territorial altar that arrests progress to catch fire, in Jesus name. 

3. I command shame and disgrace upon every sorcerer within my territory, in Jesus name. 

4. Any ancient evil covenant and curse upon my territory, be annulled by the power in the Blood of Jesus. 

5. I break the cauldron of the witchcraft monitoring the progress of the inhabitants of this land, in Jesus name. 

6. I command the spiritual obituary of any evil priest servicing territorial altars in my environment, in Jesus name.
