Memory Verse: And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. Leviticus 10:1
The story is told of a healing evangelist who went for a crusade. He discovered that the power of God was not moving in the congregation. So, he prayed a short enquiry prayer: Father, why are you drawn back? Do not forget that the Holy Ghost is a Spirit being. He has emotions too. He spoke back to His servant: The young man on the keyboard is a homosexual. Now he knows the problem. Strange fire! The children of Aaron offered a strange fire (unacceptable sacrifice/worship) unto the Lord. God struck them dead. The altar of God in this generation has been polluted. No regard whatsoever for the pulpit. Comedians mount the pulpit to make jest of holy things desecrating the altar. Can you make jest at the shrine of Sango, Ogun or Amadioha? Thank God for His grace. This should not be taken for granted anyway. Our God who make alive also can kill! Ask Ananias and Sapphira when they lied against the Holy Ghost in Acts 5:1-10. There is a gross disrespect to the things of God. No wonder the Bible says judgement shall begin in the house of the Lord (1 Peter 4:17).
The Choir in some churches have become an abode for immorality yet with gross impunity they mount the Holy altar. This is one of the causes of powerlessness in our time. The altar has been polluted! Awake, Oh Zion, repent for your Master comes with a rod of vengeance.

4. Father Lord, purge your Church today and forever in Jesus name.
5. Revival fire of God come upon the body of Christ, in Jesus name.
