THE MIRACULOUS STILL HAPPENS

THE MIRACULOUS STILL HAPPENS

Bible Reading: Luke 8: 49-56

Memory VerseJesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with GodMark 10:27 (NIV)

President James A. Garfield denied the miraculous in our yesterday’s devotional. While trying to unravel what only God can do he got himself into more trouble which ended up taking his life. The architectural masterpiece by which the heavens and earth were fashioned connotes that there is a God somewhere. Beloved, if everything happening in your life can be explained scientifically, then I’m afraid God is not God in your life. Haven’t you heard of people who were shot at close range and the gun refused to cork? Women who have passed the age of menopause give birth without a caesarian operation. Women with hitherto no womb dedicating triplets.

Fibroid turning to fine boy. The supernatural still happens! Why are you serving the Almighty anyway when you don’t believe He can perform miracles? Why then is He the All-Mighty? Any sincere Doctor will tell you that medicine has its limitations. A friend told me that the Doctor told him to take his mother who was suffering from liver problem home, and hope for God’s intervention. As it were, the doctor had exhausted all that his training could offer, and now it was time to lift up their eyes to the holy hills of Zion. Again, there is this story of a widow whose child was on Church scholarship. The young child was rounded up by Fulani herdsmen in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State, Nigeria. They stripped 15 of the captives naked. Suddenly, he heard a voice “Your mother has paid the price”.

His mother sold out her life to cleaning the sanctuary and had dedicated her life to just doing that. Miraculously, he was the only person that left “this lion’s den” unscathed. All efforts to kill him proved abortive. Hear me: Not all people can die like a Christmas fowl. There is a covenant of life hanging on some persons. That is why I am prophesying that you will not die in the hands of bandits, kidnappers or ritual killers in Jesus name. Friend, God still performs miracles. What are you trusting God for in this season? A job, a car, a house, your healing, career upgrade, financial boom, fruit of the womb, healing, or what have you? Place a demand on the God of Wonders. He is standing by. I hear an avalanche of astounding miracles and uncommon deliverances, in Jesus name.

QuoteThere are no explanations to a miracle other than to say, “This is the hand of God”.

Prophetic Decree: I command miracles to flood the gates of your life in the remaining part of this year, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. The God that does what nobody can do. How excellent is your name in all the earth.

2. I decree and declare that in this season, I shout for wonder, in Jesus name.

3. Harvesters of miracles, collide with the Rock of Ages, and be crushed to pieces, in Jesus name.

4. My Father, I need a miracle in (mention your area of need), in Jesus name.

5. Powers that says my own shall not be possible, be disgraced, in Jesus name.
