Topic: THERE IS SUCCESS IN FAILURE

Michael Jordansaid, “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeeded.” Winston Churchill also said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is courage to continue that counts”. Many are scared of making another attempt after failing. Yes, I know you might have put a fortune in that business and it flopped. Prayerfully strategize and consider another business. Your grades keep dropping despite going for extra classes? Do not quit. Pray, re-strategize and keep learning.
In a letter to his son Eduard, Albert Einstein wrote: “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving”. The great Physicist’s advice is wise and practical. It is difficult to keep a balance on a bike without riding. So, would you rather stay in one place and fall off or you keep moving. Stagnant water stinks after a while. The Holy Ghost is a moving Spirit. He moved over the face of the earth when the earth was dark, shapeless and formless. Friend, it is not over for you. Give it another trial. Keep trying until you achieve your goal.
A wise man when you fall down, stand up quickly picking up a lesson with you even as you keep moving. It may surprise you that many who could have laughed at you staying down are now clapping their hands in salutation of your courage. “Every challenge you encounter are like a fork on the road. You have the choice to choose which way to go – backward, forward, breakdown or breakthrough” – Ifeanyi Enoch Onuoha.

Prayer Focus
1. In this year 2018, I will not give up. My problems shall give up for me, in Jesus name.
2. I command all my failures to make way for my success in Jesus name.
3. Arrow of discouragement, fear, and frustration backfire, in Jesus name.
4. Anointing of the overcomer come upon me, in Jesus name.
5. The glory of the latter house, appear in the name of Jesus.
