Wed Jun 21, 2017.

Bible reading: Hebrews 7:1–10, Malachi 3:8-10.

Memory Verse: “Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. Malachi 3:8

  1. Anything less than one tenth is not a tithe. Stop being too mathematical to the detriment of your destiny.
  2. When your tithe answers in heaven, God is obligated to open the windows of Heaven.
  3. When it is less than a tithe, it is an offering.
  4. It is not enough to pay tithe and give offering, it is important to represent Jesus where you are. You can’t bribe God with your tithe.
  5. Tithe is your spiritual ‘tax’ that enhances your societal dignity!
  6. Tithe with an attitude of gratitude.
  7. There are some people who argue that tithing is not for modern day believers and as such, they refuse to tithe, yet they want the blessings God promised Old Testament saints. It does not work like that! God’s Word is not divided.
  8. You make deposits to your heavenly account by giving to God’s work. The foundation for that giving is the tithe.
  9. God does not need your tithe, it is you who need it!
  10. Tithing is not a way of enriching a ministry. Tithing is a covenant strategy for enriching your life.
  11. There is no prayer that will open your heaven without tithing.
  12. If you owe God in tithes, also add 20% as interest being the penalty for eating your tithes (Leviticus 27:31).
  13. If you must go up, you must start tithing up to heaven!

Quote:  A fool thinks he is doing God a favour paying His tithe.

Prophetic Word: Receive a fresh baptism of God’s love in your heart, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

  1. I come against every power frustrating my harvest, in Jesus name.
  2. I receive grace never to eat my tithe anymore, in Jesus name.
  3. My Father, give me a heart of faithfulness, in Jesus name.
