Bible Reading: Nehemiah 4: 1-6
Memory Verse: For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries. 1 Corinthians 16:9 (NKJV)
Provided your dreams/visions are from heaven above, dearly beloved, expect satanic opposition. There are powers that war against the vision of men. The saints of old understood this mystery and they prepared adequately for it. Be blessed as you read on:
1. Samson was bound by the Philistines after the witch called Delilah had organised for the scrapping off of the seven locks on his head. His two eyes, the physical organ for sight were plucked off meaning he had wasted God’s heavenly vision over his life (Judges 16:19-21). The fastest way to rub off the purpose and vision of God for your life is through sexual immorality.
2. For every Nehemiah with the vision of rebuilding the broken walls of Jerusalem, there is a Samballat and Tobiah to contend (Nehemiah 4:1-4)
3. For every Moses and Aaron with the vision of liberating the children of Israel from a 430-year-old bondage, there is a Pharaoh, his magicians, including Jannes and Jambres (chief sorcerers of Egypt) to contend with (Exo. 5-10, 2 Timothy 3:8).
4. For every Mordecai with a vision of revoking the evil decree plotted against the Jews, there is a Haman to contend with (Esther 3).
5. For every Jesus with a vision of reconciliation of Man back to God, there is a Herod to contend with (Mat. 2:16).
6. Don’t be fooled! There are powers that may be working day and night to useless your vision even at your workplace. Sometimes, the devil is fighting the finances of your parents or ordained helpers because he is sensing what you could become in the nearest future.
7. That sugar daddy coming to pick you up over the weekend has only come to sap the juice of your destiny, kill your vision, pollute your destiny, and make you a candidate of deep deliverance if you must ever shine.
8. Pornography, gambling, addiction to the internet, addiction to snooker, addiction to video game, drug abuse, clubbing, pre-marital sex, masturbation, etc, are avenues for the devil to kill your time, waste your destiny and destroy God’s ultimate vision for your life. Be wise!
Quote: No war, no peace.
Prophetic Decree: No physical, mental, or spiritual hindrance shall stand against your vision this Year 2025, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus
1. Vision killers, assigned against my vision, die by fire, in the name of Jesus.
2. Unfriendly friends surrounding my life, scatter, in the name of Jesus.
3. I break the rank and file of any power fighting to rubbish my vision this year in Jesus name.
4. I rebuke all foundational powers that have vowed that I will not fulfil my destiny vision, in Jesus name.
5. In this Year 2025, my vision shall fly on Eagle’s wings, in Jesus name.
