Bible Reading: Isaiah 40: 28-31, Matthew 24:13

Memory Verse:  But the one who endures and bears up [under suffering] to the end will be saved. Matthew 24:13 (AMP)

A young man filled with the Holy Spirit received clearly from God the name and surname of his future wife. (Note: Please be careful, God doesn’t have to speak this way to everyone. Kindly don’t make a doctrine out of this). The Lord began to order his steps. He got a new job, and before you know it, there comes this lady with all the details God had told him. The day he decided to propose to her was the same day the lady informed him of her wedding introduction to another man.

He was shocked! “God, what is happening?” So, he had to pause to seek the face of God. This life! Introduction led to engagement, and before you know it, she was married to another man. 18 months into the wedding, everything about the lady was going down. Her health, her looks, her sanity, her concentration, etc. She eventually opened up that she married without actually hearing from God for herself due to family and societal pressure.

She had experienced many heart breaks until her present husband who seemed to be a good Christian came her way. She eventually ended up as a punching bag in his hands. Please don’t be fooled: Many are simply coming to Church to pick a godly lady as a wife. They aren’t born again. The lady missed the best of God for her life. Yes, she endured her trial of faith, but she didn’t endure till the end. It is only those that endure till the end that shall be saved (Matthew 24:13).

Food For Thought

1. Few seconds to your breakthrough, it may still not look like a breakthrough is around the corner.

2. Few seconds to your breakthrough, the enemy can still spring surprises. Watch and pray.

3. Pray for great grace to wait till the end until you receive the best of God for your life.

QuoteUntil you shut your ears to the pressures of men, family, society and Satan, God’s best for your life may elude you.

Prophetic Decree:  Receive grace to wait upon the Lord till the end, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Final authority, I adore You.

2. By the mercy of God, I will not miss God’s best for my life, in Jesus name.

3. I receive grace to wait upon the Lord till the end, in Jesus name.

4. Battles at the junction of my breakthrough, scatter by thunder, in Jesus name.

5. For those waiting upon the Lord for a good spouse. Say: O Lord, please grant me the bone of my bone and the flesh of my flesh, in Jesus name.
