According to Forbes: The average billionaire is 66, and the oldest person in the rank is 102. Still, a select few have gotten super-rich super young. This year, the 25 youngest people on the Forbes’ World’s Billionaires list are all 33 or younger. Together they are worth $110 billion. A few are self-made, having built notable companies like Snap (Evan Spiegel, 33), Gymshark (Ben Francis, 31) and Oculus VR (Palmer Luckey, 31).
Today, let’s talk about Ben Francis. Ben Francis is the young founder of Gymshark, a global leader in fitness apparel. He started by screen-printing logos on clothes in his garage and turned it into a billion-dollar business. Here are some key lessons from his journey:
1. Passion Fuels Success: Francis’s love for fitness sparked Gymshark. Except God says otherwise, find your passion and use it to drive your goals.
2. Embrace Hard Work and Consistency: Success rarely comes easy. Francis built Gymshark with consistent effort and dedication.
3. Start Strong, Build Stronger: Laying a solid foundation is crucial. Francis focused on building a strong business structure alongside his brand.
4. Find Your Niche: A clear target market is powerful. Gymshark catered for the growing fitness community.
5. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Surround yourself with talented individuals who complement your skills. Francis learned to delegate and build a strong team.

Challenge: While some youths are using their intelligence for Internet fraud; others are involved in vices, alcoholism, drugs, excessive video games, watching skits, social media addiction, ‘boyfriendism and girlfriendism’, etc., a young teenager built a brand from his parents’ garage. What will you do with your life that generations born and yet unborn will be proud of? What will you do to the glory of God and benefit of mankind?

1. Scales of worldliness blinding my eyes, fall off now, in Jesus name.

4. I receive an understanding of time and seasons in the making of destiny, in Jesus name.
5. Today, I receive a destiny vision and my project of prosperity, in Jesus name.
