YOU NEED A PROPHET IN YEAR 2020

YOU NEED A PROPHET IN YEAR 2020

DWOJ Daily Words of Jesus Devotional Post January

JAN 8, 2020

Bible Reading: Amos 3:7, 2 Chronicles 20:20

Memory Verse:And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved. Hosea 12:13

Many false prophets have made mockery of the Prophetic ministry by making merchandize of it; selling anointing oil, anointed water, anointed handkerchief, stickers, etc, for personal gain. All these are wrong. Freely have you received, freely must you give. Prophecy is beyond calling phone numbers and plate numbers. The index finger is symbolic of the ministry of the Prophet to warn and to direct; we all need a Prophet in our lives because:

1. Prophets are dream makers and king makers: Consider the ministry of Samuel unto Saul. Prophet Samuel brought him into his high place and anointed him as king over Israel. You need a Samuel that will take you to the next level. You’ve been running after donkeys for too long, go to the “high place” and connect to your Samuel.

2. Prophets are burden bearers: Moses bore the burden of the Israelites until 430 years bondage was broken in one night.

3.Prophets are way makers: John the Baptist prepared the way for Jesus. God brings accomplished people our way that we may enter into their labour without much stress. Such people have fought the big problems we don’t need to fight.

4. Prophets are season changers: No one moves from poverty to prosperity, failure to success and from scarcity to abundance without a Prophet. Those who know their God shall be established and those who believe in His prophets shall prosper. Do not leave one of the above instructions for the other. Both are complementary (2 Chron. 20:20)

The prophetic ministry in the life of a person:

1. Makes the difference between failure and success.

2. Makes the difference between defeat and testimony.

Prophetic prayers: May the Lord send you a prophet in Year 2020 to lead you into your prosperity. May God connect you to your helpers. May your helpers never be few or small. May your helpers increase, in the name of Jesus.

Quote: Where there are no prophets, the sojourn in Egypt is prolonged.

Prophetic Decree: May your Prophets never be few or small.

Prayer Focus

1. I receive grace for spiritual discernment to recognize my prophet, in Jesus name.

2. My spiritual senses, pop open by fire, in Jesus name.

3. Altar of my father’s house speaking woe to my destiny connection, catch fire, in Jesus name.

4. Almighty God, give me a big miracle in Year 2020, in the name of Jesus.

5. Any spiritual cobweb around my destiny, clear away by fire, in the name of Jesus.
