Bible Reading: Matthew 5: 13-16

Memory Verse:  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16 (NKJV)

It is a crime for a lady in Zion who should carry the mantle of world respected Economist like Ngozi Okonjo Iweala to be found praying for God to make her another Kathryn Kulman. It is ignorant for a future Michael Faraday to be praying for the mantle of Papa Adeboye. There is something God is telling this generation that we are too busy to listen to. People fall under the anointing and yet, they go back to their communities and remain irrelevant with no sense of social responsibility. Students get ignited with fire from Zion to pray for hours and carry God yet, in their little departments and faculties nobody knows that they are around.

Their fellow students who are harlots and cultists are there making laws that they are obeying while they are busy speaking in tongues and crying for mantles of dead men. Is it not foolishness to carry light and cover it with a bushel? How can the church in my time rule in the midst of her enemies when she is useless in the midst of her enemies? Why will the world respect a church she can do without? Please! The end-time church should stop disgracing the host of heaven. Let’s look for ways to be relevant in the midst of our enemies or else, we will keep watching servants on horses while Princes are walking on foot.

Friends, have you not wondered why there still seem to be nobody that has caught the mantle of Kathryn Kulman after all the prayer and fasting? How many of us have you seen manifesting the mantle of Benson Idahosa after all these our prayer and fasting? Once again, there is something God is saying that our generation needs to pay attention to. Stop looking for the dramatic move of God and accept the simplicity of what God wants to do through you in our time. You must not have visible visitation of angels like Apostle Babalola on those mountains but you can have an idea or spiritual intelligence from God that will give you scientific and political solutions to our problems. Let those that are called to do ‘pulpit and microphone ministry’ go ahead.

But you, ask God to show you your role in his agenda so that you will start investing in prayers in that direction. You can still be a Zion version of Dangote and still be raising the dead. As you keep praying for hours daily, still go back to that your talent and gift. O Lord, raise anointed song writers and poets; anointed artists and fashion designers need to rise; anointed biochemist and microbiologist; Spirit-filled medical doctors who will enter the surgical room, not only with knife, but also with the Holy Ghost; fire-branded bankers also need to arise.

Prayer Focus

1. Please Lord, align us according to your eternal templates.

2. I receive wisdom for spiritual and mental balance, in Jesus mighty name.

3. I receive grace to accept the simplicity of my destiny assignment without covering any other, in Jesus name.

4. I receive grace to plug into the intelligence from God that will bring about scientific and political solutions to the problems of mankind, in Jesus name.

5. O God, interrupt my sleep with clear pictures of what you want me to do for you in my own time.
