DWOJ Daily Words of Jesus Devotional Post November

Wednesday, 30th November, 2016.

Bible reading:  Isaiah 60:1-3.

Memory Verse: Those from among you shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In. Isaiah 58:12 (NKJV)

Do you mind cleaning the drainage in front of your mum’s shop and stop heaping dirts in the neighbourhood. Most the government sanitation agents force you to do that?

Why jump the queue when you go to the bank to pay your school fees. Can’t you be orderly? That’s barbaric!

Why should you bribe your teachers to obtain a good grade when you can activate the spirit of excellence in you and be proud of your legitimate grades, which you’re well able to defend.

Most you go to a “special centre” to do your JAMB exams. You aren’t only destroying the educational system, you’re a shame to the Gospel of Christ.

Many come late to public functions yet, walk elegantly but shamelessly to the front seat, even in Churches.

In arrant disrespect unto God, you’re chewing gum in his Holy temple. Stop that!

Action Word:  Any revolution has to start with the transformation of the individual.

Prayer Point:

1) Power of the Holy Spirit, transform me, in the name of Jesus.

2) May I be transformed daily by the renewal of my inner man in the name of Jesus.
