Bible Reading: Romans 12: 1-2

Memory VerseDon’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.  Romans 12:2 (NLT)

Minister GUC received a song from the throne of Grace when he said, “I am your own, till the day you will come ..Jesus I am your own”. Dear friend, are you sure you are God’s own? You’re God’s own with your lips but not with your heart? Or, are you God’s own partially but not totally? Then why defile your body through the consumption of substances? Then why defile your body the temple of the living God by fornication and adultery? Why defile your body, the tabernacle of the Most High by drinking alcohol? This generation! Please don’t legalize sin in any form. This is a generation that can turn the Bible upside down to justify their carnal desires. Brethren, you can never stand against the truth but for the truth.

You say you are a Christian but there is no radiance of Christ in you in words, actions and inactions. What a generation!

You say you are a Christian but what are you still doing in the pub looking at naked women dance to your delight? Oh dear ‘Christian’. You say you are a Christian but why do you enjoy the company of unbelievers than the fellowship of believers. See that young lady on Babylonian attires yet she claims she’s in right standing with Christ. Must your contours, armpits, cleavages always be shown for public delight? Can a tree be good but its fruit bad. Take a consecrated stand for Jesus.

Many lives have been lost and others have been badly injured while coming back from night clubs. They dance to Jesus on Sunday but to Satan on Weekdays. That’s no consecration. Others say I am a  “social drinker” –  just once in a while do I drink. What have righteousness got to do with unrighteousness? The collections of audio and musical videos in some person’s phones or in their ipod is a disgrace to eternity. It is full of vile words the earth cannot contain. Take a stand for consecration (total and radical dedication) for your Master today.

Quote:  I claim no right to myself, no right to this understanding, this will, these affections that are in me. Neither do I have any right to this body or its members, no right to this tongue, to these hands, feet, ears or eyes. I have given myself clear away and not retained anything of my own – Jonathan Edwards.

Prophetic Decree: Every foundational spirit of whoredomy is barnised, in Jesus name.
