Bible Reading: Isaiah 55:11

Memory Verse: Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Amos 3:7

Prophecy is not merely the prediction of future events. It is the voice of God entering a situation to reveal His mind, release His power, and create a pathway where none existed before.

When God speaks, things begin to move. Mountains shift. Doors open. Circumstances change. What human strength cannot achieve in years, God’s word can accomplish in moments.

Isaiah 55:11 says: “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void.” God’s word never returns empty.

Rev. Samson Ajetomobi shared the testimony of a woman whose life had completely fallen apart. Her business had collapsed. Her marriage had collapsed. She was drowning in debts worth hundreds of millions. She came into a meeting broken and weeping. Then God spoke through prophecy that within three months she would be completely out of debt, she would return more honoured than before, and that God would do what all her efforts could not accomplish.

The prophecy sounded impossible. Yet God instructed that it be declared publicly so that many witnesses would see its fulfilment.

After that word was released, events began to change. People who had forgotten her suddenly remembered her. Doors that had been shut began to open. Helpers were stirred to assist her. Within three months, every debt was cleared. Even more astonishing, she was appointed Commissioner for Finance in her state.

The prophecy went ahead of her and rearranged her life. That is the power of a genuine word from God.

I. Never despise genuine prophecy.

II. Hold on to God’s promises during difficult seasons.

III. Pray over prophetic words.

IV. Believe that God can change impossible situations.

V. Remember that God’s timetable may be different from yours, but His word never fails.

Quote: Prophesy God’s word upon your life every day and night. Believe it as you say it. And watch it come to pass.

Prophetic Decree: Let the cloud of prophecy over you begin to fall as rain, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. My Father, do unto me according to your Word, in Jesus name.

2. Every prophetic words spoken over me before the foundations of the Earth shall surely come to pass, in Jesus name.

3. Prophesy: O Lord, move me to the right place at the right time to meet the right person, in Jesus name.

4. I come in the volume of the books that is written concerning me to do your will, O God.

5. None of the words which God has spoken concerning me shall go unfulfilled, in Jesus name.
